omg someone famous replied thankyou i did it and it works
It depends. You have the option of using GPS as OFFLINE or ONLINE. Using offline will not incur data charges. But you will take longer to locate your position and your Point of Interests list will also be smaller. :)
does it use up money for my prepaid phone?
yes, GPS can work without data. But it will take longer to find your location and when you search for Point of Interests, what it comes up with will also be more limited.
will gps work with out simcard?or it need data from carrier?
Next time take the wrong turn and see how much it takes for each one to recalculate the route.
what a sik accent! btw you notice the x6 when stop will say 0km/hr but the N8 with say between 1-5km/hr when stopped!! lol

For some reason, the smaller screen X6 shows more words on the screen compared to the n8 look at 7:09

Lol, now GTA is something I really miss. Too bad they don’t come out for the PC anymore.
looking at the GPS showing the distance.. i feel like im goin on a GTA Mission in real life..
btw i feel that n8 can be used rather as a Richter scale rather a GPS :P quoting “1:58 to 2:55″ lol
No only Nokia N8 Has
plz plz plz can you tell me does x6 have usb on the go feature plzz…..
Yes one could use gps without the need of internet support.
to do so simply Click on OVI maps tap on the seting icon on your left and click on internet and select ofline.
Yes definitely, but your “Points of Interest” choices would be significantly fewer.
i would assume one can use the gps free of charge even withouth internet right???
