My mistake I said this phones, I meant these phones (refering to verizon phones) there are many of then such as bionic or droid 4 which are not outside US.

Get Razr MAXXX. Because buying a car charger is too complicated. I would get razr maxxx 2, if it had s4 with hd screen and a good usable UI. But not as it is now.
