Being part of a smaller disaster here in Dresden back in 2002 - the same was relevant.
Information share is essential - across boundaries! Mobile devices, open data, and new technologies are enabling factors for making it happen.
@WikiWall is an ongoing project (by myself and other supporters) to capture in real-time information on local bases.
