Google Maps for mobile with My Location (beta)
The new “My Location” (beta) feature on Google Maps for mobile helps you know where you are on the map, even if your phone doesn’t have GPS. Just press [0] to move the map to your approximate location. Save time and tedious keystrokes finding where you are, what’s around you, and how to get there.

@jameelo123 yes you can, but when you have gps reciver on your pc, and data connection, but no use if we place a pc only at place

ya its working but now fine as cell date plan
when you are in wi-fi network its shows approx location not exact as data plan

you cannot do it from ur pc cell phone does have radio waves it recieves the data from towers and send them to nearest towers so cell can recognize nearest tower and can show the street name, old nokia phones shows it immidiatly but new phones not showing them
